About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Wireless Customer Associate. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, managing sales and customer accounts, and working closely with new and existing customers to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales and customer accounts to ensure excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our products, pricing, and competitive offers to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our products and develop your customer service skills.
  • Forward and escalate customer inquiries to relevant teams and departments.
  • Identify customer needs and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with a strong customer focus.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
