Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, achieving mutually agreed upon targets.

Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • People-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in problem solving
  • Dedicated to customer service and able to make presentations to potential customers
  • Property and Casualty license (must have currently) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
