- Develop and update safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all employees receive necessary safety training and certifications.
- Collaborate with the safety team to monitor working conditions and address any safety concerns.
- Associate's degree in health and safety or 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of safety concepts, practices, and procedures.
- OSHA 30 certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
