MEP Superintendent for Healthcare Projects

We are seeking a seasoned MEP Superintendent with a specialty in Healthcare to join our team at Jobot. This is an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all MEP phases of healthcare and commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems.
- Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Manage the scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety associated with all MEP aspects of the project.
- Assist in the selection and contracting process of subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Superintendent or MEP Healthcare Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing commercial projects, higher education, and healthcare construction.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent project management and supervision skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
