Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Permobil. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for strategically managing and growing assigned territories by effectively promoting, selling, and supporting Permobil's complex rehab and assistive technology products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with company goals, driving significant business impact.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored solutions to create demand.
- Oversee demo inventory at various referral and customer locations within the territory, ensuring availability, proper use, and optimal allocation of demo units to support sales objectives.
- Continuously analyze sales trends within the territory, providing regular reports and planning sales activities based on these insights to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen relationships, ensure satisfaction with our products and services, and implement creative marketing initiatives for core business growth.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, employing innovative strategies to convert them from competitors to Permobil customers.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, products, technologies, and competitive activities, and leverage this knowledge in sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Technical Discipline, or a related area is preferred.
- ATP, OT, or PT license is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the medical device field, preferably in complex rehab/assistive technology.
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving.
- Deep understanding of customer needs to influence and guide strategic decisions.
- Experience in conducting multiple referral calls daily.
- Proven skills in business planning, consulting, and territory financial analysis.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $62,000 - $72,000 annually.
- Commission: Ability to earn $40,000 - $70,000 annually.
- Vacation or PTO: Up to 80 hours of vacation, which will be prorated based upon start date, and 136 vacation hours after initial year of employment.
- Sick Time: 48 hours of sick time, which will renew each calendar year.
- Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefit options beginning first day of employment, Long Term Disability, and Company Provided Life Insurance Policy.
- 401K eligibility on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment, with Safe Harbor matching.
- Holidays: 10 paid company holidays per year.
