Account Sales Manager

The Account Sales Manager will be responsible for selling Alcon products in the Riverside County, California market. This role requires residence within the area for daily field sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase sales and generate profit by selling dispensing inventories of Alcon products, promoting Alcon Services, and offering approved price discounts through in-market promotions.
- Align with customers using a consultative sales approach to match Alcon products and services to customer needs.
- Provide product and technical consultation to doctors on the appropriate use of Alcon products.
- Create and execute a routing schedule for the territory to capitalize on revenue from high-potential customers.
- Plan and execute pre-booked calls daily.
- Grow sales by shifting customer behaviors to dispense Alcon priority products as their core/first-choice product line.
- Execute marketing activities and promotions to maximize sales.
- Contribute to the Area team to help develop Area sales and Marketing opportunities.
- Participate in District/Regional meetings.
- Manage and prioritize time to effectively achieve business results.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
- The ability to read fluently, write, understand, and communicate in English.
- 2 years of sales-related experience.
- Pharma and B2B Sales experience.
