Management Trainee in Retail Operations

The Sherwin-Williams Assistant Manager Trainee Program is a fast-tracked, entry-level opportunity aimed at equipping current employees for a managerial role within a store in a timeframe of 18-24 months. Embracing Sherwin-Williams' philosophy of promoting from within, successful candidates will advance to an Assistant Store Manager role upon completing the initial training phase of 6-8 weeks.

Minimum Requirements- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Willingness to relocate for future opportunities.
- At least one (1) year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Experience in a leadership role or supervising teams.
- Familiarity with selling paint and related products.
- Experience with timekeeping or customer relationship management systems.
- Associate degree or higher in business, sales, or marketing.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language, including Spanish.
