Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to support the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production). As a Retail Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates and other store staff.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
