Position Summary
We are looking for a full-time, board-eligible or board-certified Radiation Oncologist to become part of our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be well-versed in the latest radiation oncology techniques, including Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), and Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT), along with experience in High-Dose Rate (HDR) brachytherapy. This role will involve expanding our radiation oncology services, providing leadership to our staff, and fostering strong relationships with referring physicians. Exceptional clinical abilities and a collaborative spirit are essential.

- Monday through Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Patient Care:
- Diagnose and manage a variety of medical conditions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and histories.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Provide clear and concise medical information.
- Encourage a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Maintain accurate and current patient records.
- Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging.
- Perform necessary procedures.
- Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.
- Work alongside nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
- Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous enhancement.
- Implement changes to improve patient care and safety.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.
- Stay updated on medical advancements and best practices.
- Engage in ongoing medical education and training.
- Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology.
- Team-oriented Radiation Oncologist.
