Job Title: SAP Procurement Functional Specialist

Ampcus is seeking a highly skilled SAP Procurement Functional Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for providing functional support for SAP ERP and SAP Ariba sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve procurement system issues in a timely manner.
  • Respond to SAP HELP desk inquiries for procurement system related questions and issues.
  • Implement additional functionality to SAP MM modules and their testing.
  • Collect and analyze procurement data required for various reports on procurement activity.
  • Prepare various management reports using SAP data.
  • Prepare and conduct classroom training for various user groups on SAP Procurement and SAP Ariba applications.
  • Prepare and maintain end user procedures and training/user guides for SAP MM related functionality.
Requirements:
  • Functional knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) module configuration, tables, transports, transaction codes, SAP Query and Reports.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP Ariba SIPM, e-Sourcing, Contract Management, Catalog and Risk modules is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service support as well as organizational skills.
Education and Certifications:

4 year college or similar degree. Additional certifications, such as SAP certifications preferred, but not required.
