Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProject OverviewTo support the Governance arm of the Procurement department in ensuring the accuracy of contract data and minimizing manual efforts associated with it.Job Functions & Responsibilities
Assist with data/documents for executive meetings
Assist with weekly, monthly data compliance efforts
Assist with compilation of training documentation including procurement manualSkills
Familiarity with creating and modifying PowerPoint presentations
Excellent Excel skills and able to execute formulas on demand
Comfortable conducting research on procurement topics and preparation of summaries thereof
Comfortable providing suggestions of improvements to existing processes based on experience
Able to work as part of a team; dependable, punctual and pleasant
Able to schedule workday to see tasks through to completion in a timely manner
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsEducation & Certifications
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency with tools such as MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and other office products
Knowledge of SAP, a plus.
Knowledge of PowerBI, a plus.
