We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at OCT Consulting, LLC. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our federal client, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Acquisition (OA).
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational support to senior leadership, including the Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Assistant Commissioner, and Executive Directors.
- Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare meeting materials.
- Coordinate with the Human Capital Analyst to support data analysis activities.
- Assist with preparing and monitoring contract budgets.
- Perform a range of administrative duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and distributing mail.
- Develop spreadsheets, maintain program and project files, and provide technical support information.
- Organize and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and take meeting notes.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Ability to obtain and retain a Public Trust clearance.
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Communications, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience managing projects and working in administration.
- Be familiar with MS Office products.
- Ability to plan and organize work, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
