Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage key accounts within the HVAC products sector, focusing on larger Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in related industries. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in account management, specifically with 5-10 years of proven success in managing and growing relationships with major OEMs in HVAC or adjacent industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through strategic account planning and execution.
- Identify opportunities for new business development and expansion within existing accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment on business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 5-10 years in account management roles, specifically managing large OEM accounts in HVAC or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of the HVAC products market and industry dynamics.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
The position is remote, and travel may be required within Mexico and occasionally internationally.
