We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at Venture First, a leader in financial services. As a Client Facing Senior Accountant, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with clients to provide financial guidance and support, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to regulations and laws related to financial reporting and tax compliance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer

Venture First offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, SIMPLE IRA with a 3% company match, aggressive incentive compensation, and a vibrant downtown office with paid parking.
