We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Captain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events, ensuring that every detail is taken care of and that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of events, including coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and ensuring that all details are taken care of.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of event staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that events are executed to the highest standard.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have an exceptional experience.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure that events are executed smoothly and that all parties are informed.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events, ensuring that the experience for our guests is not compromised.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Availability: Must be available to work Sunday events.
