Facilities Operations Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the NJ CCF's cultivation and processing facility, equipment, grounds, and retail locations to ensure safe and effective work conditions and environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leads and monitors regular maintenance and safety procedures to ensure all structures and operating systems are in good working order.
- Performs corrective and preventive maintenance and repairs to identify potential issues before they become costly problems.
- Engages and negotiates with external contractors and licensed tradesmen on large-scale projects with management review and approval.
- Establishes and manages SOPs for maintenance, sanitation, core services, and waste management.
- Maintains inventory, storage, and distribution of all supplies and equipment.
- Provides recommendations for new, value-add equipment and manages its installation, testing, and maintenance.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance functionality, efficiency, and sustainability of fixed assets.
- Leads, trains, and develops members of the NJ CCF Facilities team.
- Maintains current knowledge of and compliance with all state regulations, Acreage policies, and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC experience required.
- Experience in construction and knowledge of commonly used equipment and tools preferred.
- Strong experience with preventive maintenance, planning, and execution preferred.
- 5 or more years of facilities management experience.
- Strong management and supervisory skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and accountability.
- Must pass state and federal background checks.
