Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide phone coverage and outreach calls to patients and clinicians
  • Schedule appointments and manage the check-out process
  • Deliver excellent customer service and strengthen the patient-clinician relationship
  • Work collaboratively with team clinicians, patients, and external partners to improve clinical operations
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data collection, correspondence, and form completion
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution or governmental unit
  • Experience in a clinical or customer service setting (a bachelor's or associate degree may be substituted for experience)
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet programs, as well as electronic medical records
