Clinical Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities:- Provide phone coverage and outreach calls to patients and clinicians
- Schedule appointments and manage the check-out process
- Deliver excellent customer service and strengthen the patient-clinician relationship
- Work collaboratively with team clinicians, patients, and external partners to improve clinical operations
- Perform administrative tasks, including data collection, correspondence, and form completion
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution or governmental unit
- Experience in a clinical or customer service setting (a bachelor's or associate degree may be substituted for experience)
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet programs, as well as electronic medical records
