Position Summary
In the role of Solutions Consultant at PatientIQ, you will collaborate with Account Executives, Enterprise Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Customer Success Managers to expand PatientIQ's clientele by acquiring new accounts and increasing the usage and functionality among existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstration Leadership: You will partner with fellow Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the PatientIQ platform, enabling you to:

  • Conduct both on-site and virtual demonstrations for clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert to showcase PatientIQ's unique advantages and value proposition.
  • Enhance the demonstration environment of PatientIQ to effectively present clinical and technical aspects of the platform.
  • Customize demonstrations to emphasize the distinctive features of PatientIQ and illustrate how they can benefit prospects and current customers.
  • Create, document, and implement specialized demo workflows and scripts for consistent use by customer-facing teams.

Proposal and Sales Support: Collaborating with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams, you will engage in clinical and technical discussions to comprehend the environment, challenges, and objectives of prospects and current customers, which will enable you to:

  • Deliver tailored, comprehensive proposals that reflect an understanding of customer needs and position PatientIQ favorably.
  • Ensure that each deal is thoroughly scoped and documented for a smooth transition to PatientIQ implementation upon closure.
  • Work across various teams to guarantee that PatientIQ meets the technical, operational, and clinical requirements of prospects and customers.

Expertise Development:

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of Patient Reported Outcomes in clinical settings, research, government/payer mandates, and measure development.
  • Collect ongoing feedback from prospects and customers to share across teams, establishing a continuous feedback loop.
  • Provide training on the product to Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and other team members.
  • Address clinical and technical inquiries regarding product applications and new features for prospects and various groups within existing customer accounts.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technology concepts effectively to both high-level business audiences and technical or clinical professionals.
  • Exhibit confidence and independence in conducting demonstrations and presentations, with experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Be a collaborative team player who supports colleagues by sharing knowledge about the solution and demonstration strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • A proven track record of conveying the business value and ROI of strategic software solutions to healthcare executives.
  • Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to travel for regional and national trade shows and conferences.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Five years of experience in clinical IT or pre-sales roles, including demo and proposal support.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, Office, G-Suite, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, WebEx).
  • Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with HubSpot is advantageous.
