Role Summary
As a Solutions Consultant at PatientIQ, you will collaborate with Account Executives, Enterprise Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Customer Success Managers to expand PatientIQ's clientele by acquiring new customers and enhancing the functionality for existing users.
Key Responsibilities
Product Demonstrations: You will partner with fellow Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the PatientIQ platform, enabling you to:
- Conduct both on-site and virtual demonstrations for clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert to showcase PatientIQ's unique value propositions.
- Enhance the demonstration environment of PatientIQ to effectively present clinical and technical features of the platform.
- Customize demonstrations to emphasize the distinctive capabilities of PatientIQ and illustrate how they can benefit potential and current customers.
- Create, document, and implement specialized demo workflows and scripts for consistent use by customer-facing teams.
Proposal and Sales Support: You will collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to engage in clinical and technical discussions that help you understand the needs and challenges of prospects and current customers, allowing you to:
- Deliver tailored proposals that reflect a deep understanding of customer requirements and position PatientIQ for success.
- Ensure accurate scoping and documentation of each deal to facilitate a smooth transition to PatientIQ's implementation team post-closure.
- Work across various teams to ensure PatientIQ meets the technical, operational, and clinical needs of prospects and customers.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Patient Reported Outcomes in clinical settings, research, and compliance with government/payer mandates.
- Collect ongoing feedback from prospects and customers to share insights across the organization, establishing a continuous feedback loop.
- Provide training on products to Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and other team members.
- Address clinical and technical inquiries regarding product applications and new features for prospects and various internal groups.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to convey technology concepts to both business leaders and clinical or technical professionals.
- Exhibit confidence and independence in conducting demonstrations and presentations, with experience in the healthcare sector.
- Be a collaborative team player who educates colleagues on solutions and demonstration strategies while delivering high-quality presentations when necessary.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- A proven track record of communicating the business value and ROI of strategic software solutions to healthcare executives.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel for regional and national events.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Five years of experience in clinical IT or pre-sales roles, including demo and proposal support.
- Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, Office, G-Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with HubSpot is advantageous.
