  • Expertise in data analysis tools and programming languages, including SPSS, SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate substantial amounts of information with precision and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
  • Robust problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple tasks and assignments effectively. Knowledge of healthcare quality metrics, population health management, and value-based care models is beneficial.
  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools and methodologies.
