Role Overview:
As a Healthcare Solutions Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting sales targets and key performance indicators within your designated territory by implementing our company’s strategies and tactics.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, operating room staff, and key administrative and purchasing personnel to expand and develop business opportunities.
  • Identifying and comprehending customer priorities, purchasing motivations, end-user requirements, office workflows, and business operations across various segments, demonstrating the capability to secure product commitments.
  • Providing guidance and support to surgeons in the operating room through your clinical and product expertise, ensuring accurate product utilization.
  • Facilitating new product introductions, presenting pricing in accordance with company policies, and managing budget proposals and contract follow-ups.

In your initial year in this position, you will undergo extensive training to acquire the necessary clinical knowledge and professional tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is advantageous.
- Sales acumen and a strategic approach to business processes and negotiations.
- Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- A creative mindset, high motivation, and an ethical approach to achieving business objectives.
- A passion for the healthcare and MedTech sectors, with a willingness to learn clinical materials and collaborate closely with physicians.
- Capability to operate in a laboratory/operating room setting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with Office applications.
