Role Summary
As a Solutions Consultant at PatientIQ, you will collaborate with Account Executives, Enterprise Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Customer Success Managers to expand PatientIQ's clientele by acquiring new customers and enhancing the functionality for existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

Product Demonstrations: You will partner with fellow Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the PatientIQ platform, enabling you to:

  • Conduct both on-site and virtual demonstrations for clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert to showcase PatientIQ's unique value propositions.
  • Enhance the demonstration environment of PatientIQ to facilitate effective clinical and technical presentations.
  • Customize demonstrations to emphasize the distinctive features of PatientIQ and their potential benefits to prospects and current customers.
  • Create, document, and implement specialized demo workflows and scripts for consistent use by customer-facing teams.

Proposal and Sales Support: You will engage with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to facilitate clinical and technical discussions, allowing you to:

  • Deliver tailored proposals that reflect a deep understanding of customer requirements, positioning PatientIQ favorably in competitive scenarios.
  • Ensure that each deal is accurately scoped and documented to allow for a smooth transition to PatientIQ's implementation team post-closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee that PatientIQ meets the technical, operational, and clinical needs of prospects and customers.

Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of Patient Reported Outcomes in various contexts, including clinical care, research, and regulatory mandates.
  • Collect ongoing feedback from prospects and customers to share insights across teams, creating a continuous feedback loop.
  • Provide training on the product to Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and other team members.
  • Address clinical and technical inquiries regarding product applications and new features for both prospects and existing customer accounts.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technology concepts effectively to both business and clinical audiences.
  • Exhibit confidence and independence in conducting demonstrations and presentations, with experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Possess a collaborative spirit, supporting colleagues by sharing knowledge about solutions and demonstration strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Proven success in articulating the business value and ROI of strategic software solutions to healthcare executives.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel for regional and national events.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical IT or pre-sales roles, including demo and proposal support.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, Office, G-Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
