About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Residential Lending division. This key position is responsible for driving business growth, managing origination processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop strategies to grow mortgage lending, achieve annual production goals, and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Audit and Compliance: Ensure adherence to FTHB seminar and mortgage day requirements, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Policy and Procedure Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, ensure loans are underwritten and approved in accordance with company policies, and adhere to investor guidelines and CRA regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage management or a similar role.
  • Skillset: Proven high-level management skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and industry standards.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
