Salary and Benefits

The base salary for this position is $60,000 per year, with an additional uncapped commission potential. Full benefits, including health insurance, 401K with company match, and paid time off are also offered.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. As a Residential Solar Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead to closing, building a 'book of business' through self-generated leads, and leveraging proprietary referral apps to help jump-start your business.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success, and maintain an ongoing partnership with valued customers throughout the installation and activation process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have prior sales experience or college/military background. You should be proficient in computer programs, particularly Salesforce CRM, and possess strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Bilingual Spanish and English speakers are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

A valid state driver's license and reliable transportation are required. You must be flexible based on customer availability and willing to move through the pre-employment screening process.
