Account Manager

The Co-Manufacturing Account Manager at Georgia Nut CO is responsible for overseeing client relationships and managing co-manufacturing projects from inception to completion. This role maintains and grows relationships with selected customers, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal. This position involves collaborating with clients to understand their product requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and control financial goals and activities to achieve company's sustainable growth and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with co-manufacturing partners to understand their needs and align them with our business goals.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of co-manufacturing projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of co-manufacturing partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement of services.
Assist in the negotiation and management of contracts with co-manufacturers to ensure compliance with company policies and objectives.
Requirements
Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to train, recruit, manage and evaluate direct reports.
Excellent time management and organization skills
Strong analytical skills
PC Proficiency including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft AX
