Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our team of billers and oversee all aspects of the monthly billing process, collections, and aging reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of billers to ensure maximum collection rates and quality of work.
- Oversee monthly billing, collections, and aging reviews to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and open communication among team members.
- Train, guide, and coach employees to grow into their full potential and develop their skills.
- Interface with clients to ensure successful client relationships, including regular check-in calls, reporting, and strategizing to resolve RCM-related issues.

Qualifications
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in SNF billing and supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, the ability to coach others to succeed, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines under pressure. A minimum of 5 years of experience in SNF billing and 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
