The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital transformation, customer experience, and workplace automation, as well as experience in managing and mentoring teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing user experience strategies, advocating for users throughout the project development cycle, and ensuring exceptional execution of all user experience activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the UX practice and develop a comprehensive strategy for delivering user-centered design solutions
  • Manage and mentor a team of UX professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and digital transformation
  • Collaborate with other service offerings to develop and implement go-to-market strategies

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional UX experience or an adjacent field
  • 10+ years of experience in organizational, team management, and mentorship
  • Demonstrated ability to sell, project manage, and lead UX-related work
  • Previous agency or consulting experience a plus
  • Strong decision-making abilities and autonomy
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
