Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting with sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and interact with customers to provide a positive shopping experience
  • Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor, assisting customers in locating desired items and providing information on our features, sales/return policies, etc.
  • Monitor fitting rooms, count/confirm the number of items taken into and out of fitting rooms, and prepare items not selected for return to the sales floor
  • Perform sales transactions, utilizing cash registers
  • Restock, straighten, and maintain merchandise on the sales floor in a neat, orderly fashion
  • Assist in the recovery of the store at end of the day
