Global Sales Director

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, attracting new clients, and developing and maintaining trusted relationships with existing customers in the field of payroll services and human resource software.
Your key responsibilities will include collecting business intelligence to drive activity, forecasting sales, developing new strategies and techniques to achieve results, maintaining a customer and leads database, striving to exceed sales goals, and working closely with the Excelforce team during implementation phases.
We offer an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health and dental insurance, paid major holidays, FSA account, and a fully stocked pantry facility. Our comprehensive training program is designed to help you succeed in your role.
To be successful in this position, you should have 3-5 years of proven B2B sales success, with experience in sales positions or a related field. A general understanding of Compensation and Benefits, TLM, and HR structure is also desirable. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to travel at least within the 50 miles radius from Brooklyn, NY are required.
