Commercial Sales Director

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Brooklyn. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, managing a sales team, and ensuring seamless execution of sales commitments.
Your Role as Sales Manager:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive new business growth, with a focus on securing larger corporate sales accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture client relationships through networking, targeted outreach, and follow-ups.
- Team Management: Inspire and manage a sales team by assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing ongoing coaching and leadership.
Operational Excellence:
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations department to ensure flawless execution of sales commitments.
- Daily Operations: Support daily operations, including managing sales data, customer service processes, and HR workflows.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Customer Focus: Champion a customer-focused culture by promptly addressing concerns and delivering exceptional service.
Training and Development:
- New Hire Onboarding: Onboard new sales team members and provide continuous training to help the team achieve and exceed their targets.
Problem Solving:
- Challenge Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve challenges to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Performance Management:
- Performance Evaluations: Conduct performance evaluations, recognize achievements, and guide team members in areas of improvement.
Decision Making:
- Leadership: Act as a trusted leader, making critical decisions in your absence to ensure seamless business operations.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: 3+ years of sales experience required.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team management and motivational skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and customer service expertise.
- Tech Savvy: Tech-savvy, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Languages: Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Work Environment: Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative, in-person environment, Monday-Friday.
