Office Operations Manager

maxRTE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for managing financial, operational, and human resources processes and tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement operational processes and company policies
- Oversee financial activities, including invoicing, collections, payments, expense management, and reimbursements
- Plan and execute company offsites and develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction
- Organize team social events and lunch & learns
- Provide insights and ideas to the executive team to drive continuous improvement and growth
- Process payroll bi-monthly
- 5+ years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or operations roles
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience setting, measuring, and enforcing financial and operational standards
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Resourceful and proactive, with a bias for action
- A "roll up your sleeves" attitude and a willingness to contribute to the team
