Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Process weekly invoices and timecards
- Ensure change orders updated on a weekly basis
- Communication and Coordination
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, subcontractors, Bookkeeper, and other vendors
- Regularly update Project Management software
- Project Support
- Making necessary updates to the project schedule as needed
- Conduct site visits 1-2 times per week to monitor project progress
- Attend staff meetings and participate in client calls
- Human Resources
- Help with hiring and onboarding new employees
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Basic accounting skills
- Proficiency using Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- $35-$50 per hour
- 12 PTO days per year
- Gas reimbursement for travel
