Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an organizational framework to facilitate growth towards $20 million in revenue.
- Establish and monitor quarterly performance metrics to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Evaluate and enhance the supply chain processes to optimize efficiency and scalability.
- Identify and manage significant business development opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee all operational aspects, including finance, accounting, legal, and human resources.
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
