Role Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Support Field Advisors at Rivian. This is an ongoing recruitment effort, and we will contact qualified candidates when a position becomes available.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between our Centralized Service Support Operations Center and on-site Service Center Front of House operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing vehicle-related concerns, and offering education on charging, connectivity, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Document customer concerns, determine the best course of action, and execute resolutions with a customer-first approach.
  • Collaborate with the Remote Diagnostic Team to diagnose complex issues and develop repair plans.
  • Travel to Rivian's factory for periodic support and training.
Qualifications
  • Required levels of experience may vary based on business needs.
  • Passion for Rivian and electric vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
