System Complexity Expert

The Senior Systems Architect will independently execute system engineering lifecycle assignments, adapting appropriately to changes in program priorities and requirements. They will adhere to existing best practices and Quality Management System processes, continuing to expand their depth/knowledge in their technical discipline through formal and informal learning.
The ideal candidate will work within multi-disciplinary teams, drive solutions to complex problems with limited direction, lead small teams (few than five people), and align team towards program goals. They will provide insight and suggest design modifications based on analysis outcomes, identify program/system-level technical risks, and develop and execute mitigation strategies.
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year. Additional benefits include a flexible work environment, employee clubs, health and finance workshops, and discounts to local museums and cultural activities.
