About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Supervisor to join our team at Telcom Construction Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining safety and efficient operations of our crews, as well as performing and maintaining make-ready duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of our crews
  • Ensure job completion of assigned projects
  • Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members
  • Organize materials, equipment, and labor
  • Verify locates, materials, and billings
  • Provide all required job reporting
  • Complete as-builts and redlines
  • Actively participate in and take responsibility for safety, maintenance, production, and personnel-related initiatives
Requirements
  • Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required
  • Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
  • Good computer skills, specifically database software and Excel
  • Prior experience working with Google applications is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Out-of-town travel is required, as well as on-call availability
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Class A CDL license is a plus

Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking. Occasionally bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, or twisting on concrete, dirt, or gravel surfaces. Frequent use of sight (specifically, close to perform computer work), hearing, and voice. Use of hands, arms, and fingers to perform routine and repetitive tasks. Occasionally lifting up to 75 lbs. Occasionally working in adverse weather conditions and uneven surfaces. Wearing required personal protective equipment if required.
