As an Operations Director at PCRK Group, you will be responsible for leading teams and managing operations to drive success in professional career goals.   • Understanding and upholding PCRK Group and Massage Envy's Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Ensuring location performance and focus on OKR goals (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements)
  • Monitoring staffing levels and coaching underperformers in sales and service expectations
  • Ensuring licensure, training, and documentation compliance with state, federal, and franchisor regulations
  • Participating in company and Regional Developer Conference Calls and weekly Operation Director calls
  • Training team on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics for professional development
  • Facilitating customer service issue resolution and identifying systemic opportunities
  • Promoting new products, services, and initiatives
  • Managing location payroll entry and inventory
  • Reviewing payroll, inventory, and reports for errors and addressing profitability opportunities
  • Hosting monthly Performance Coaching Plans and partnering with Operations Director to address performance concerns and celebrate wins

Requirements include strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Compensation includes base salary, generous commissions, and bonus opportunities, along with excellent medical plans, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and a comprehensive 401k package.

ROP: $50,000 - $60,000 Annually DOE + Quarterly bonus potential
