**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Foundry Commercial. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure department is operating within budgetary guidelines
  • Prepare rooms for incoming residents
  • Repair light fixtures, furniture, and minor electrical and plumbing issues
  • Accurately maintain the community's Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) program
  • Ensure the building meets all fire and safety regulations
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Able to be on call for building issues that may arise

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Thorough knowledge of handling hazardous materials
  • Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Knowledge and/or experience managing and staying within budgetary guidelines
  • Desire and ability to lead, train, develop, and motivate your team
