Spring Arbor Senior Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and be able to lead a team to ensure the community is safe, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure departmental operations are within budgetary guidelines
- Prepare rooms for incoming residents
- Repair light fixtures, furniture, and minor electrical and plumbing issues
- Accurately maintain the community's Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) program
- Ensure the building meets all fire and safety regulations
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Able to be on call for building issues that may arise
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Thorough knowledge of handling hazardous materials
- Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Knowledge and/or experience managing and staying within budgetary guidelines
- Desire and ability to lead, train, develop, and motivate your team
