About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Director to join our team at Sylvan Learning Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs and services to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational plans that meet the needs of our students
  • Lead and manage a team of instructional staff to ensure high-quality delivery of educational programs
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with school teachers and administrators to ensure seamless integration of Sylvan programs into the classroom
  • Develop and maintain relationships with school districts and community organizations to promote Sylvan programs
  • Manage center operations, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • State teaching credentials or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of current educational policies and best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
