LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse: ICU-STEP DOWN Opportunity

Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our ICU-STEP DOWN unit. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your knowledge and skills to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, ensuring the needs of our patients are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Assume leadership roles as needed, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Participate in unit operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma or Associate's degree.
  • Current license for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
