Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting drink orders for patrons based on established recipes while utilizing precise measuring techniques. You will handle wine and champagne service, ensuring the bar area is clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities include preparing fresh garnishes, stocking essential supplies such as ice and glassware, and transporting items to the bar setup area. You will also manage the cleanliness of glassware and remove used items from tables and the bar top to designated locations.


Proactively communicate restocking needs and process various payment methods efficiently. At the end of your shift, you will count your cash drawer, complete required cashier reports, address any discrepancies, and securely store financial transactions. Ensure the security of alcoholic beverages and storage areas while completing closing duties.

Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management, and participate in safety training and certifications.

Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality regarding proprietary information while safeguarding company assets.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate their service needs, and express genuine gratitude for their patronage.

Communicate effectively with colleagues using clear and professional language.

Foster positive working relationships, support team objectives, and respond appropriately to the concerns of fellow employees.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations. Read and verify information in various formats, including small print. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout your shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Utilize fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to manipulate various objects. Navigate through confined or elevated spaces and traverse uneven or slippery surfaces, including stairs and service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, incorporating bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as necessary. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification:
None


The compensation for this role ranges from $16.50 per hour and includes health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, life insurance, disability coverage, and additional wellness benefits.
