Overview:

The Redondo Beach Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking a skilled Bartender to enhance the experience at Azul Cafe & Bar. The Bartender will be tasked with providing exceptional service to guests while expertly crafting and serving a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests.
  2. Effectively communicate with patrons and fellow staff members.
  3. Support all elements of the dining experience.
  4. Possess extensive knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, and other beverages to assist guests in making informed choices.
  5. Understand the food menu thoroughly to recommend suitable beverage pairings.
  6. Serve food and drinks professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
  7. Handle cash and credit transactions in accordance with established procedures.
  8. Prepare and stock the bar with garnishes, mixers, ice, and other necessary supplies.
  9. Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in inventory management.
  10. Ensure cleanliness of bar areas, including tables, chairs, and counters.
  11. Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance overall service quality.
  12. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
  13. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
  14. Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
