Located in a vibrant setting, our bartenders are responsible for providing friendly and efficient service while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure they have an enjoyable experience.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of our beverage menu and suggest pairings with food items.
  • Skillfully prepare cocktails according to established recipes.
  • Adhere strictly to all local and federal laws regarding the service of alcoholic beverages, including checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption.
  • Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
  • Address any guest service concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Complete opening and closing duties as outlined in the checklist.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Must possess a valid Food Handler's Card and RBS Certification.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Legally eligible to serve alcohol.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including email and internet navigation.
  • Ability to learn and utilize the company's timekeeping and POS systems.
  • Understanding of hospitality laws and regulations.
