POSITION SUMMARY

As a skilled mixologist, you will craft and serve beverages to guests, adhering to established recipes and precise measuring techniques. Your responsibilities include opening and serving wine and champagne, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and preparing fresh garnishes for cocktails. You will ensure that the bar is well-stocked with ice, glassware, and necessary supplies, while also transporting items to the bar setup area.

Additionally, you will wash used glassware, manage the removal of soiled items from the bar and tables, and communicate any replenishment needs effectively. Handling various payment methods, you will reconcile the cash register at the end of your shift, complete required cashier reports, and address any discrepancies. Security of liquor, beer, wine, and storage areas is paramount, along with fulfilling closing duties.


Adherence to company policies and safety protocols is essential; you will report any accidents or unsafe conditions to management and complete necessary safety training. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality regarding proprietary information while safeguarding company assets.

Provide a warm welcome to all guests, addressing their service needs promptly and expressing genuine appreciation for their patronage.

Communication should be clear and professional, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and supporting team objectives.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations, verifying information in various formats. The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. You will need to manipulate items of varying sizes and weights, navigate through confined spaces, and manage uneven surfaces.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.

Supervisory Experience:
Not required.

The compensation for this position ranges from $16.50 per hour, inclusive of health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off, life insurance, disability coverage, and additional wellness benefits. Eligibility and other requirements may apply.
