Registered Nurse Medical Unit Full Time Nights

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Heart and Vascular Unit at Longview Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Implement and document nursing care, promoting patients' independence and self-care skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited RN program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
