About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical department at Longview Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Implement and document nursing care, promoting patients' independence and self-care skills.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and address patient needs.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited RN program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
