We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the PCU/West Spine department at Longview Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
About the JobAs a Registered Nurse in our PCU/West Spine department, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care and ensuring optimal delivery of care
- Supervising and directing the activities of licensed and unlicensed caregivers and support staff
- Ensuring compliance with nursing practice standards and policies
- Participating in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current Texas RN license or current Compact state license
- AHA Healthcare provider BLS; ACLS required within 6 months of transfer or hire if not current
- Critical Care Level 1 obtained within first 6 months of hire
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited RN program
