Responsibilities- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and document nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Teach patients and families about their conditions, medications, and self-care skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited RN program
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Emergency Nursing Certification (ENCP) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications within 6 months
