About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the PCU/West Spine department at Longview Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to nursing practice standards and policies.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of licensed and unlicensed caregivers and support staff.
  • Ensure the optimal delivery of patient care and appropriate use of available resources.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve patient-centered care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited RN program.
  • Previous Cardiac/Telemetry experience preferred.
  • AHA Healthcare provider BLS; Critical Care Level 1 obtained within first 6 months of hire.
  • Advanced certifications and training in Critical Care Nursing preferred.
